The Secret of Monica Bellucci... The Italian “goddess of beauty,” as people often call her, reveals her entire diet plan, as well as a moderate and casual exercise regime that helps her maintain that fantastic body. The film diva, Monica Bellucci, who opened Belgrade’s Fest, is a mother of two girls, Deva and Léonie, and her beauty continues to enchant the world. “I am like a mature pear, beautifully mature, very sweet and juicy,” said the Italian, whose feelings towards exercising represent a mixture of love and repulsion – and it is the repulsion which prevails. She does not consider herself either fat or thin, nor does she want to be one, so probably no one will find this 173cm high and 58kg heavy actress on the running track. “It’s impossible to go to the gym with my hectic lifestyle. To get up at 5 in the morning to start exercising at the gym at 6? It’s not worth it! Instead of strenuous exercises in the gym, I often wear black. It’s much more convenient and fun,” said the beautiful actress. Monica’s exercise regime is moderate and casual, including swimming, running, and yoga. Four times a week, she swims for 45 minutes and is convinced that this is the best way to stay in great shape. “I am like a shark, I am always on the move, I have to in order to stay alive, but sometimes, for my own good, a woman must find a way to rest and be lazy. Actually, I would say that I am half a shark and half Mediterranean.” Italian beauty is certainly not one of those starving actresses. If it is necessary for a certain role to lose a few pounds, she eats meat, fish, and vegetables and very quickly loses her weight. But she prefers parts for which she needs to put on some weight. As for the love of food, she is a true Italian: she eats everything, but she likes Italian cuisine the most. Her favorite dish is pasta with parmesan. Monika’s diet is more about the size of the portion, not the types of foods. This plan allows her to eat whatever she wants, provided she controls the amount of food. The menu of 10 days diet This diet is unique in its diversity. In addition, you do not have to look for exotic food and prepare complicated dishes.
NEWS3 photosHairstyles For Women Over 40
In recent weeks, a handful of celebrities have proven yet again that the right hair stylist who understands your facial features can truly work wonders on your look for ageless appeal. Monica Bellucci attends the "Irreversible" Red Carpet during the 76th Venice Film Festival From Monica Bellucci, 54, sporting a soft full fringe and a healthy mane of hair past shoulder length at this year's Venice Film Festival, to Charlize Theron, 44, boldly embracing an evolved bowl cut for her upcoming role in Fast & Furious 9, the latest wave of Hollywood hair-dos are timeless. And with a new season approaching, we're taking cues from these celebrities for ageless hair styles to embrace this Autumn/ Winter. Face framing curls Nicole Kidman attends the GQ Men Of The Year Awards 2019 at Tate Modern with face framing tendrils A truly timeless style, up-dos with hair framing the face like Nicole Kidman's work for all face shapes, ages and textures, suggests Stylist at Larry King Bobby Collier. But whilst this is just as effective with straight hair, he adds, natural or tonged curls really soften the face and are great for adding detail to a simple, classic evening look. As we age, our hair can often become thinner and lose volume. Soft, loose tendrils at the front of the face can restore the look of this volume, give a youthful bounce, and add more dimension to a style that may otherwise appear flat depending on the thickness of your hair. Curls can also be placed at various parts of the face to accentuate different facial features. Creative Manager and Head of Style at Charles Worthington Gorka Arraras recommends a curl that starts higher on the hair shaft to enhance cheek bones and add volume, and a curl that starts lower for those who have a wider or more prominent forehead to soften and balance their facial dimensions. For those wanting to take their curls to the next level for full evening glam, Arraras insists the brushed Marsel wave is the new modern way to wear curls giving a relaxed, soft look. The full fringe Monica Bellucci attends the "Irreversible" Red Carpet during the 76th Venice Film Festival As Bobby Collier suggests, soft, feathered fringes are a great option for framing and opening the face, evening out facial proportions (such as covering a slightly larger forehead) and are also perfect for covering blemishes or signs of ageing that are often seen on the forehead area and around the eyes. In terms of texture, Hair Stylist and Founder of 3 More Inches Michael Van Clarke states that "long smooth hair works across an increasingly larger age group as hair techniques and products have improved". He adds that this style may have been avoided in previous decades when reaching a certain age due to concerns of the hair being "grey, frizzy and thin", but with new techniques and nourishing hair products, such as his LifeSaver Pre-wash Treatment, the signs of hair ageing can be managed better to keep hair "longer, stronger, smoother and thicker at the ends, counteracting the old adage that you have to have short hair at 40". The straw-like hair shackles are off and long voluminous hair is much more in our grasp. For those wanting to try to this style but wanting something a little less statement and more wearable for every day, Arraras recommends softening the bowl line by texturising the hair so it almost forms a pixie cut. Are there any other ageless hairstyles for women over 40 that you think should be on this list? Tell us in the comments section below.
MOVIESNekrotronic (2019) HD
Monica Bellucci plays the villain, an evil demon who absorbs people's souls to gain more power #Nekrotronic The movie follows a man who finds himself dragged into a battle between a group of demon hunters known as Nekromancers and demons who have learned how to possess humans through technology, which puts everyone with a phone at risk. It stars Ben O’Toole, Monica Bellucci, David Wenham, Caroline Ford, and Bob Savea among others. The movie was a selection for the 2018 Toronto International Film Festival. Here’s what was written about it on the TIFF website: A group of hunters known as Nekromancers do battle with evil forces that use social media apps to demonically possess the masses, in this riotous supernatural romp from Kiah Roache-Turner (Wyrmwood). With their 2014 debut Wyrmwood: Road of the Dead, brothers Kiah and Tristan Roache-Turner injected a refreshing dose of rollicking ingenuity into a garden variety zombie apocalypse, elevating the genre’s traditional tropes with propulsive camerawork, gleeful splatter, and an unmistakably Ozploitation gusto. The “end of days” is once again the chief conceit of their much-anticipated sophomore sci-fi/horror spectacular, only this time the threat to human existence comes from a more believable source of soul-sucking villainy: the internet. Picking up after a millennia of no doubt badass battles between demons and a secret order of demon hunters known as Nekromancers, the forces of evil have gained a substantial foothold thanks to their new-found strategy of causing demonic possession via online social-media apps. With every WiFi-connected soul on the planet at risk, a dwindling band of Nekromancers find themselves forced to put their faith in a hapless sanitation worker (Ben O’Toole) who unwittingly carries an ancestral power that may afford them the means to definitively force evil offline. Nekrotronic features an indelible performance from the ever-magnetic Monica Bellucci as the queen of the underworld, and an eclectic array of demon-busting weaponry — the most novel of which 3D prints a demon’s soul into a corporeal (and therefore explodable) form. The Roache-Turner brothers have conjured up a riotous supernatural romp that splits the difference between the likes of The Matrix and Ghostbusters, then pours on the gore. Nekrotronic will be released in select theaters and on video on demand services on August 9th.

Monica Bellucci looked incredible with Nicolas Lefebvre, a French artist and set designer. Monica Bellucci and her new boyfriend Nicolas Lefebvre leave Cocktail Chanel at La Reserve hotel in Paris during Paris Fashion Week, France on March 5, 2019 Monica Bellucci stealth street style is the epitome of understated chic. The Italian actress arrived at the Chanel show wearing a blue robe coat in the House’s signature tweed and black wide-leg pants. On one arm was a small quilted Chanel purse that she held as a clutch; on the other, her handsome boyfriend. Who is Nicolas Lefebvre? With his long hair and beard, Nicolas Lefebvre, a French sculptor, recalled Tom Hanks in Castaway, though he was hardly scruffily dressed in spiffy pinstripes. Lefebvre‘s pared-back look, a loose double-breasted suit, complemented his bombshell girlfriend’s ensemble. The trousers were slightly cropped to show off his socks (gray!) and he sported a pair of brown loafers. There was a laissez-faire flair in the styling: The artist, who often prefers to go the relaxed shirting route, went sans tie and left his collared shirt unbuttoned. In November, Bellucci, 54, spoke to Paris Match, where she hinted at her (at that time, unnamed) boyfriend: "I have been with the same person for some time and everything is fine." "The man whose life I share does not do the same job as me, but he travels a lot. Her pace of life allows her to understand mine." Lefebvre is the first man Bellucci has dated publically since her split from husband Vincent Cassel in 2013. Lefebvre is 36 and lives in Paris. In an interview with The Socialite Family, he noted that he has an eight-year-old daughter named Anahi.

MOVIESNekrotronic
Monica Bellucci and David Wenham co-star in this Australian sci-fi horror comedy about soul-sucking demons declaring war on the human race. A man who discovers that he is part of a secret sect of magical beings who hunt down and destroy demons in the internet. Produced by Andrew Mason and Troy Lum for Hopscotch Features and Tristan Roache-Turner for Guerrilla Films, the film stars Monica Bellucci as Finnegan, CEO of the sinister Daemokon corporation, who is determined to feast on every human soul on the planet via a new smartphone app. Something wicked lurks in the dark depths of the internet in Nekrotronic, a cheerfully pulpy horror comedy from Australian producer-writer-director duo Kiah and Tristan Roache-Turner. The brothers earned positive critical notices with their 2014 feature debut Wyrmwood, a lo-fi splatterpunk cocktail of killer zombies and Mad Max future-shock. Their follow-up project boasts a bigger budget and more famous cast, including Monica Bellucci and David Wenham. But this bloodthirsty comic-book fantasy is let down by its infantile humor and derivative, incoherent plot. Fantastical story elements and tongue-in-cheek humour, this is a crowd-pleasing genre-mashup that only gets more insane as it builds to its blood-soaked, head-exploding finale. Ben O’Toole and Epine Bob Savea play waste disposal workers who find themselves caught up in the conflict between Finnegan and a trio of Nekromancers: Luther (David Wenham) and his daughters Molly (Caroline Ford) and Torquel (Tess Haubrich). But when O’Toole’s character discovers an unexpected connection with Finnegan, he unwittingly becomes humanity’s last and best hope for salvation.
