One very last question. You told me: "If, one day, you see a woman 'well retouched', ask her for the address of her surgeon." Was it serious? If I see a well-made face, I say to myself: "How wonderful!" But we don't see a lot. For the moment, I live very well with my small fine lines. Later, we'll see. I am not afraid of growing old, I only fear illness. I dream of living in good health until I'm 150, still drinking cappuccini with my girlfriends and dying peacefully in my sleep. The three beauty gestures of Monica Bellucci I have never done a real draconian diet, I eat bene e sano, healthy and balanced. Vegetables, fish, meat and a bit of pasta. In fact, I am against exaggeration and prohibition: I like to think that I can eat everything, in moderation. For a long time, I avoided any form of physical exercise. But after my second pregnancy, I started working with a coach. When I can, I do one hour of sport a day, only low impact , never jogging: it's bad for my joints! I'm not afraid of getting old, I only fear illness... I recently discovered the perfect recipe against the passage of time: injections of B vitamins. I recommend finding a doctor with fairy hands, because these injections are very painful.
