<p>You live between Rome, Paris, Rio and London.</p><p><strong>What do you do in each city that you don't do in the others?</strong></p><p>In Rome, I have children! I am undoubtedly one of the last to have confidence in the Italian health system. (Bursts out laughing.)</p><p>I spent the whole breastfeeding period there, it was my emotional refuge.
